First South Africans at HRM live exhibition

Promotion for upcoming trade mission

14 and 15 March OAVM joined a stand with SANEC, the Southern African Netherlands Chamber of Commerce to promote the trade mission to South Africa in June 2007. The trade mission was about skills developement and the development of human capital management in South Africa. The trade mission was a great succes and OAVM is following up on the results of this trade mission.

Special guests from South Africa

Eric Mafuna and Kholofelo Mabusela Manthepa of the African Leadership Group where our guests during the exhibition and where the first South Africans ever taking part at a exhibition about HRM in the Netherlands. OAVM and SANEC asked special attention for the developments in HRM in South Africa where leadership development is crucial. Dutch HRM trainers and coaches are invited to come to South Africa and exchange their knowledge. Because South Africa is not only in need for expertise but has a lot to offer as well regarding different aspects of leadership and experience in diversity.
