Let's Meet Africa
and Do Business
Chet started volunteering at a Denver area homeless shelter. His years of working with people who went through crime, drugs, poverty, medical catastrophe and economic ruin gave him perspective on his own life and led him to write his first book Seven Steps to Success I Learned from Homeless People (Stratford Press 2005).
In 2007, Chet released his second book BECAUSE YOU CAN: The Window Effect Method. This book, featuring authors Lynn McTaggert (The Intention Experiment -- The Field) and Dr. Bernard Haisch (The God Theory) along with nutritionist Dr. Angela Diop, takes the seven things Chet has seen work that breaks the cycle of homelessness, poverty, and stuck behavior. He organizes them into a method that utilizes meditation, subconscious suggestion, and intention experiments. A study of two control groups of homeless and non-homeless people shows not only that Chet's Window Effect Method works, but it has huge implications for how all of us manage our lives going forward. The formal 7 week study is available upon request
Chet has spoken around the world on the wisdom to be gained from those whose lives have been changed by dramatic and traumatic events. From Paris to Budapest to Morocco to South Africa and across North America, Chet's life mission is to help empower ALL members of a organization, company or society by sharing the inspirational stories of those who faced extreme challenges and to provide the tools for us to implement their insight for personal success.
Chet has a BA in Communications from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, served as a Fellow with the Walter Kaitz Foundation in Berkeley, California and is currently the Lecturer in Residence for the Leadership Program at The University of Kwazulu-Natal in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. He has two sons, Mario and Maliq and lives in Denver, Colorado when not teaching.
