Dirk Elzinga

Dirk Elzinga is the CEO of The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) since 2003. He is opening the exhibition Let's meet Africa and Do Business on Friday 7 November at 12 a.m. We are very honored that he found the time to visit Eindhoven on his way back from the United States and before he leaves again for Cape Town.

David Pinto

David Pinto was born into a family of Orthodox Jews in a small Berber town in Morocco midway through the last century. Given his Orthodox background, it was natural that he should want to become a rabbi. He completed the requisite training, but nevertheless began his career as a teacher rather than a rabbi. In 1963, he emigrated to Israel, where he continued to work as a teacher. In 1967, he emigrated again, from Israel to the Netherlands, accompanied by his Dutch-born wife and his son.

Guy Lundy is a futurist, strategy consultant, and professional speaker. He is the co-author of “South Africa: Reasons to Believe” and the co-editor of “South Africa 2014: The Story of our Future”. Guy is the Managing Director of Centric Consulting, a corporate strategy consultancy. Guy Lundy is the CEO of Accelerate Cape Town.

Chet Sisk

In the 1990s, Chet had a booming internet based advertising agency that specialized in serving newspapers. Around the year 2000 during the dot.com bust, the newspaper industry went into recession, his company went bankrupt, and Chet lost everything.

Dan Ellappa is the CEO of the e-skills Academy. The e-Skills Academy was established in 2007 as a material contribution to the reconstruction and transformation of South Africa by providing world class training opportunities, especially to previously disadvantaged South Africans.
